Whether you're navigating trauma or anxiety, balancing motherhood and work, or leading a team through burnout, I help women and companies dismantle trauma and societal pressures to create lasting connection and thrive.

I help high-achieving women heal the root causes of unresolved trauma so they can experience peace and confidence, free from anxiety, shame, and perfectionism.
I teach you my signature method to reduce stress, lighten your mental load, create work-life harmony, and meaningful connections at home and work—all while addressing societal pressures that work against you.
I provide companies trauma-informed mental wellness solutions to reduce burnout and improve connection so they create environments that reduce turnover and foster growth.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Think of a coach like a personal guide to show you the way. They have already done the thing you are wanting to do and have years of experience and knowledge in that area. Coaching does NOT go deep into processing your past history. My coaching program is a solution to a specific problem related to working mothers that I help them solve through teaching, education, strategy, and accountability.
Therapy involves a therapeutic relationship where the therapist takes a deep dive into your history/life story and provides psychological treatment and interventions to treat mental health symptoms. If you want to process through your past, work on symptoms related to mental health conditions that impact your ability to function in daily life (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.), and/or have suicidal thoughts/self harm, therapy is the appropriate place for you.
Coaching is effective and helpful if you are ready to put in the effort to apply the concepts. I cannot do the work for you and I can teach you the skills to achieve your goals. The first time I invested in a coaching program was scary as I had the same fears. It turned out to be an incredible investment - I'm still seeing the benefits!
